Our community manager is the good soul of the house and looks after the numerous community events, helps you with questions and problems concerning your apartment and much more - in short, our multi-talent.

Facility Manager
Your Facility Manager Klaus is responsible for building services like heating, water, electricity, door systems and more. During the opening hours he will be in the facility and will be there for you.
If you need help or if you have any concerns, just come over to the i Live-Office, call him or text him via the i Live-App. He will be happy to help you.

We celebrate life in all its facets and phases. Our Community Manager regularly organizes great events for all the residents. For example, welcoming new tenants with a Welcome Party, sharing the thrills of the Super Bowl or enjoying Chrismas time with a nice Christmas Party!

No time for cleaning? How about having your apartment cleaned by our cleaning service.
Simply announce the cleaning via i Live-app or directly tell our community manager, and we will arrange an appointment with our cleaning service.

We are family. And everyone is welcome! Learning, chilling and enjoying the sun - that's much more fun together. Therefore, you can find many great community areas in the Urban Living Hamburg, which you can use with the other tenants: A lounge, a sports field, a cool common terrace and more.

We believe and we act. And because we are people of action, we want to produce our own honey.
Visit our own beehive and watch how out bees develop. Or be there when the honey is harvested and learn more about those amazing animals, which don’t only produce honey but also are very important for our environment. You will receive more information from Jorge, your Community Manager.

In our underground car park we have numerous bicycle parking spaces to keep your bike safe and dry.
